Shipping & Delivery

Orders will usually be posted on the day your order is placed, or on the next working day. 

Delivery timescales

• UK First Class: 1-2 working days (usually a next day service)
• UK Second Class: 2-4 working days
• Europe: 3-7 working days
• Worldwide: 7-10 working days

For Europe and Worldwide, we post via Royal Mail express standard delivery. A tracked service will be used if your order value is over £50.

Please note that during peak times (such as Christmas), delays are possible due to high postal volumes. We will do our best to advise customers of potential delays at the time of dispatch. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact us at hannah@hamiltonmetalworks.co.uk.

Your order will be sent in 100% plastic free packaging. Cards will come accompanied by a vibrant blue envelope, and will be packed inside a board-backed envelope to keep them safe on their journey.
